Doing it daily vs. when you feel like it

Every-Day-is-Hard

There is a fundamental difference between the things you do every day, every single day, and the things you do only when the spirit moves you.

I find that it is easier to blog everyday, than to blog once in a while.

One difference is that once you have committed to doing something daily, you find that the spirit moves you, daily.

Rather than having a daily debate about today’s agenda, you can decide once that you will do something, and then decide every single day how to do it.

When I do it daily, I build momentum and perfect it overtime.

When I do it when I feel like it I struggle to build momentum and therefore struggle to perfect it.

So go ahead: do work that matters everyday, stay loyal everyday, give your best shot everyday, matter everyday, be on time everyday, share generously everyday.

It gets easier when you to do it everyday, than when you feel like it.
